Last spring, the Newport Beach Zoning Administrator approved a minor use permit for Roger’s Gardens, paving the way for construction of a 108-seat, open-air restaurant.
Chef Rich Mead “will use the freshest ingredients to create unique and delicious farm-to-table dishes, including chef’s tasting menus that change weekly to reflect the finest seasonal offerings,” according to a restaurant webpage. “This open-aired bistro will be open for both lunch and dinner. Farmhouse will also feature exclusive wines-by-the-glass, craft beers, and signature cocktails infused with fruits and herbs from local markets.”
